PARTNER BIOGRAPHIES

Allan Gottesman, CA, CPA, CVA, FCPA, Partner, offers over 25 years of accounting experience in both the United States and Canada. Allan's experience was gained from employment with the International Accounting firm of Laventhol & Horwath and local accounting firms in both the US and Canada. Allan is a Chartered Accountant in Ontario, Canada, as well as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Todd R. Bomser, CPA, Partner, brings over 20 years of corporate financial management experience to Gottesman, Bomser & Company, PA. His experience includes business plan creation, strategic planning, financial performance modeling and analysis, cash flow management, mergers & acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, and various general accounting, tax and financial management activities. He has worked with public and private companies as well as franchise organizations in a variety of industries.
Todd holds two advanced degrees. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He is a licensed CPA and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
